2. Use of the Site

• Performing reverse engineering, massive scraping, unauthorized copying, distribution or exploitation of the Site’s content.
• Using the Site for illegal purposes or in ways that violate moral or public order.

3. Intellectual Property

4. Service Contracting

1. Preparation of a Quote or Commercial Proposal.
2. Explicit acceptance by the client.
3. Initial or full payment, as previously agreed.
4. Signing of a Service Agreement or Contract, when applicable.

CtoP reserves the right to reject any service request if the required technical, legal or commercial conditions are not met.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Site’s continuous availability is not guaranteed.
• CtoP is not liable for damages caused by interruptions, technical failures, errors or third-party actions.
• CtoP is not responsible for business decisions made based on content from the Site. Consulting services are provided under specific agreements.

6. External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. CtoP has no control over them and is therefore not responsible for their content, legality or privacy practices. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Buenos Aires.
